ARTICLE [...]: STATUTORY QUALIFICATION, ICHHAD ACCREDITATION, AND PROFESSIONAL ETHICS (LAW NO. 45.18)

1. Mandatory Professional Accreditation:
The Employee is hired in the capacity of [Exact title among the 18 categories of Decree No. 2.22.604, e.g., Special Needs Educator for Persons with Disabilities - Category 7]. 2. Maintenance of Statutory Eligibility Requirements:
The Employee undertakes to notify the Employer immediately of any administrative decision ordering the temporary withdrawal (suspension) or permanent withdrawal of their accreditation, as well as any final criminal conviction incompatible with Article 8 of Law No. 45.18. Pursuant to Part V of Law No. 45.18 prohibiting the employment of an unaccredited or suspended person, the withdrawal or suspension of accreditation automatically renders the continued employment of the Employee in a regulated social worker position legally impossible.

3. Beneficiaries’ Best Interests, Guardian Consent, and Professional Secrecy:
In performing their duties within the institution, the Employee is strictly bound to comply with the ethical rules set forth in Part III of Law No. 45.18 (upholding the best interests of beneficiaries under Article 10, and ensuring prior written authorization from the legal guardian for any minor or person with an intellectual disability under Article 11) as well as professional secrecy enforceable under Article 446 of the Moroccan Penal Code.
