Applicable Pathway: Standard Direct Diploma-Based Accreditation (Article 8 of Law No. 45.18 & Ministerial Order No. 827.25).
1. Create your account on ichhad.entraide.ma and activate it within 24 hours.
2. Upload your digital documents and print your registration slip (بطاقة التسجيل) and Sworn Declaration of Honor.
3. Submit your complete physical paper file at the Regional or Provincial Reception Desk of the National Mutual Aid agency in exchange for an official filing receipt.
4. Statutory processing timeframe: Maximum 60 days following consultation of the Intersectoral Committee.

Interactive Checklist for Compiling Your Digital and Physical Application File

Check off each step as you prepare your application file (your completion progress is calculated automatically):

1. Category (1 to 18) and Branch Verification: I have verified that the exact wording of my diploma and issuing institution matches the tables in Ministerial Order No. 827.25 (BO No. 7409).
2. Identity Document: I have prepared a legible front-and-back copy of my valid CNIE (or valid residence permit for foreign nationals).
3. Diploma and Equivalence (if applicable): I have prepared a certified copy of my diploma (together with the official equivalence decision if the credential was obtained abroad).
4. Criminal Record Extract (< 3 months): I have obtained a criminal record extract (مستخرج من سجل السوابق العدلية) or police clearance certificate issued less than 3 months ago, confirming no final conviction for a felony or intentional misdemeanor.
5. Passport Photograph: I have prepared a recent passport-sized photograph (both print and digital scan).
6. ICHHAD Account Creation and Activation (< 24h): I have created my account on ichhad.entraide.ma and clicked the email activation link within 24 hours.
7. Official Sworn Declaration of Honor: I have downloaded the official Sworn Declaration of Honor template (نموذج التصريح بالشرف) from the ICHHAD portal and signed it (certifying no disbarment/dismissal and non-practice in the public sector).
8. Online Submission and Registration Slip: I have validated my online application on ICHHAD and printed my registration slip (بطاقة التسجيل).
9. In-Person Filing Against Official Receipt: I have submitted my complete paper file at the Regional or Provincial Reception and Orientation Desk of the National Mutual Aid agency and collected my dated and numbered official filing receipt (وصل الإيداع).
