Overview and session format
When worries take up a great deal of space, talking with others can help people feel less alone and describe their experiences more clearly. This psychosocial support group focuses on anxiety in everyday life.
With Adil El Hassani, conversations will explore:
- Situations in which worry feels overwhelming.
- Its effects on routines, relationships and plans.
- Existing resources and sources of support.
- Needs and possible next steps participants wish to clarify.
Participants may share their experiences, listen to others and join reflective activities suggested by the facilitator. There is no obligation to disclose personal details and no promise that symptoms will disappear.
In-person meetings in Agadir. An initial conversation helps establish whether this setting is appropriate for each person.
