- For practitioners: Professional identity, specialties, qualifications, practice city, and public business contact information intended for publication on their directory listing.
- Technical data: Anonymized technical logs for server security and spam/bot abuse prevention.

Your personal data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

1. Enabling secure connections between individuals seeking support and certified psychosocial support professionals across Morocco.
2. Managing and verifying practitioner listings in the national directory.
3. Responding to your support and information inquiries submitted via our forms.
4. Ensuring technical security and preventing fraud or spam attacks.

Strict commitment: MarocPsy does not sell, rent, or transfer any personal or health data to advertisers or commercial third parties.

- Contact inquiries & support requests: Stored for a maximum of 12 months before archiving or permanent deletion.
- Practitioner accounts: Retained for the duration of the profile publication and deleted immediately upon request.
- Language and consent cookies: Retained for a maximum of 13 months in accordance with privacy guidelines.

Under Moroccan and international privacy regulations, you have the following rights regarding your data:

- Right of access: Request confirmation of whether your data is processed and obtain a copy.
- Right to rectification: Request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Right to erasure ("Right to be forgotten"): Request complete and permanent deletion of your personal data from our databases.

- marocpsy_visitor: A recognition cookie, valid for 90 days, set after you enter your details so you do not have to enter them for each profile. It contains a random identifier, without your contact details. Deleting this cookie ends recognition on this device.
