Overview and session format
How can we express what matters to us, listen to others and set boundaries while keeping dialogue open? This group offers a supportive space to reflect on relationship difficulties.
Led by Adil El Hassani, psychosocial consultant and family mediator, it will explore:
- Needs, expectations and misunderstandings in relationships.
- Expressing emotions and disagreements.
- Personal boundaries and respect for others’ boundaries.
- Communication patterns and resources for reconnecting.
Meetings draw on general situations, voluntary discussion and short reflective activities. You do not need to attend with a partner or family member. This is not mediation between people in conflict: participants explore their own ways of relating to others.
