Overview and session format
Losing someone close can disrupt daily life, relationships and a sense of stability. This group offers space to speak and listen so that people do not have to face their experience alone, without prescribing a timetable or a particular way to grieve.
With Adil El Hassani, psychosocial consultant and family mediator, conversations will explore:
- Emotions, memories and everyday difficulties after a loss.
- Loneliness and relationships with others.
- Personal resources and available support.
- The place of the connection with the person who has died as life continues.
Each meeting includes a welcome, voluntary sharing and a closing reflection. Listening without telling your story is welcome. Participants’ experiences will not be compared.
Meetings take place online; please join from a quiet, private space.
